Hey guys today I’m gonna show you how to be a healthy girl !

Firstly you have to drink 8cups of water per day.

You can run in the park or the gym at least 30 minutes

You have to do stretching, warm up yourself before exercise and cool down after finish.

Skip alcohal and drink more of water!

Have more clean food and drink some juices

Smiling with your favorite fruit better than crying with your unhealthy food

Find some H2O’zone to breath, Stop stressing with trouble and enjoying with your life 🙂

Stop wasting your time by no time
