Hey guys today I’m gonna show you how to be a healthy girl !

Firstly you have to drink 8cups of water per day.

You can run in the park or the gym at least 30 minutes

You have to do stretching, warm up yourself before exercise and cool down after finish.

Skip alcohal and drink more of water!

Have more clean food and drink some juices

Smiling with your favorite fruit better than crying with your unhealthy food

Find some H2O’zone to breath, Stop stressing with trouble and enjoying with your life 🙂

Stop wasting your time by no time

Firstly I like to go to Singapore because l like walking on their road. it’s very clean and safe.

Smoking outside of designated areas is terrible!!

There are many attractions to visit

especailly The Universal Studio. It’s a theme park. If you’re a healthy person you can riding a bicycle or running in the park.

Secondly I really love their local food. My number one is “Hokkien Mee” it’s look like our Pad Tai but the taste different. My number two is “Fish ball noodle” it’s just a dry noodle with fish ball soup but the taste of fish ball very nice and the taste of noodle quite unique. You’ve never tried anywhere for sure! if you ask about the price. It’s not that kind of expensive. 🙂

Travel is a therapy

Thirdly, people in singapore are very healthy and friendly. They like to walk out to the park and join many activities such as playing basketball and having dinner with their friend.
